Retreat Planning and Hosting (half day, full day, multi-day, virtual or in-person)

Drop-In Soulful Practices
(half-hour, one-hour, virtual)

1-1 or Small Group Wisdom-Sourcing Sessions
(virtual)

Our team brings its expertise leading retreats in secular and sacred spaces,  ranging in size from 5-100 people across the US. We are available to lead half-day, full-day, or multi-day retreats. Connect with us for a listening session, out of which will emerge a vision that allows us to craft  your organization’s next retreat or team-building event.

Interested in experiencing soulful practices as part of an upcoming work event or team training? We provide evocative and artful experiences that allow  participants to “taste and see” the benefit of a soulful practice as a way to deepen relationships, foster belonging, and explore shared value amid differences.

Digging deeper into our own deep wells of wisdom will surface next steps for our personal and professional journey, but sometimes we need help. We customize 60-90 minute sessions where you can engage in soulful conversation, explore your gifts, or create meaning around areas of your life where you feel stuck. We draw from our intergenerational network of diverse thought partners to contribute to such consultations as needed..

Soulful Practices Curriculum

Our Curriculum includes digital and print resources, along with occasional webinars and regular ongoing opportunities to connect with a learning community exploring soulful leadership and facilitation.

Guide to Soulful Practices (digital or print)

Our Guide to Soulful Practices provides a step-by-step process for leading 20 of our curated experiences  in your own context. The Guide provides historical and cultural background for each practice and includes pro-tips for adapting it. It also provides a “how to” template for leading soulful practices that arise from your own culture, community, and context. The Soulful Leaders Deck (below) compliments the Guide.

Soulful Leaders Deck (print)

We offer 8 x 5 cards you can use as a resource in your everyday facilitation. Sized to fit into a small journal, these cards contain instructions on how to lead and/or  adapt each of our 20 curated practices. The cards allow you to be offscreen as you encourage your community to dip into their own deep wells in the midst of  experiences such as orientation to a new setting, an outdoor adventure, a pilgrimage, or a public action. Each deck contains 20 cards. Purchase for $30.00

Soulful Practice Daily Deck: (under development)

Sometimes, it’s not enough to know that soulful practices can help you stay resilient among the busyness of daily life and the accompanying swells of anxiety and feelings of despair. Our daily deck provides art, quotes, and simple reminders that encourage people to dip back into the deeper, communal practices they’ve found lifegiving in the past or to continue exploring the ways to experiencing belonging, connection, and healing in the now.
